Mach Loop Low Level Flying July 2018

Like the year before I went after the Royal Air Tattoo a few days to Wales in the Mach Loop, the famous low level flying zone. 2017 i was very happy with flying activities and jets showing up, but this year just a few jets flew by due to bad weather. At least i could take some pictures of some F-15 Strike Eagles, one of my favourites planes.

Wie im Jahr zuvor machte ich nach dem Besuch am Royal Air Tattoo noch einen Abstecher nach Wales ins Mach Loop, ein Tieffluggebiet der Nato. Währenddem ich im vergangenen Jahr sehr happy mit den Flugbewegungen war, flog aufgrund der schlechten Wetterbedingungen nur wenig. Aber ein paar Jets schauten doch noch vorbei: zu meiner Freude auch ein paar F-15 Stike Eagles, einer meiner Lieblingsjets.
